Services

We provide web development, custom software, AI/LLM automation and digital marketing services. The exact scope, timeline and deliverables of any project are defined in a written proposal or agreement.

Quotes & payments

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Projects typically require an advance to begin, with the balance billed per the agreed milestones. Ongoing services are billed monthly.

Client responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on you providing content, approvals and access when needed. Delays in these may affect timelines.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables transfers to you. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise. Third-party licences (fonts, plugins, stock) remain governed by their own terms.

Support & warranty

Every project includes a post-launch support window. Ongoing maintenance and growth retainers are available separately.

Limitation of liability

We deliver our services with due care but are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
