Custom project work

Because our work is custom and time-based, advance payments cover work already scoped and started. If you cancel before work begins, the advance is refundable minus any onboarding costs. Once work has started, refunds are calculated against the work completed.

Monthly services

SEO, ads, social and maintenance retainers are billed monthly for ongoing work. You can cancel with notice as per your agreement; the current month's fee covers work already delivered and is non-refundable.

SaaS products

Subscription products may offer a trial or specific refund window as stated at purchase. Please refer to the plan details for that product.
