Mining unanswered questions to find unclear pages, confusing policies and missing features.
Chat transcripts are usually stored for compliance and read by nobody. They are the most honest description of what confuses your customers that you will ever have.
Unanswered questions are a product backlog
Cluster the questions the assistant could not answer. Groups of similar questions point at a missing page, an unclear policy, or a feature people expect and you do not offer. Each cluster is a specific, evidenced improvement rather than a guess from a workshop.
Repeated questions point at unclear pages
If hundreds of people ask about delivery timelines, the delivery information is either missing, buried or ambiguous. Fixing the page removes the question at source, which is cheaper than answering it well.
The wording is free research
Customers describe your product in their own language, which is rarely your internal terminology. That vocabulary is directly useful for page titles, search keywords and ad copy, and it is more reliable than keyword tools because it comes from people who were about to buy.
Review clusters monthly with someone from product and someone from marketing. The value is in acting on the patterns, not in the dashboard.
